2014-2015
As a leader in my PLC team, i need to think in advanced than my team member. I organized the time and venue where we meet, and deal with the planner and ways to end up with our presentation. It was challenging.
Another year where i take parts in STUCO. Becoming the STUCO advisor was challenging. I have to deal with upper graders and organize them to be work on some projects.
This year I still continued to join the commitee of School To School. It was good to share my knowledge and experiences in teaching to others, especially to the local teachers and schools.
Becoming one of the trainer is a good chance for me to also learn with other teacher as well.
On February 2015, Sekolah Ciputra did an In-House Training as one of the program of STS. W e invited around 400 teachers from around East Java and some from Sumatera and West Java.
The topic of my workshop was about Class Management. Please have a look on my Power Point and movie.
This year was very exciting period. I like to teach grade 4 and deal with different kinds of age/phase instead of lower grade. Learning by doing, asking and researching was beneficial for me to improve.
There are more things that i need to achieve in another upcoming year; integrated lessons and take more participation in team or with collagues; such as sharing my knowledge more intensively, not only just in STS Program.
